The number of students getting top grades at A-Level is down from last year.It comes as England returns to the pre-pandemic marking methodology, resulting in a drop in the number of pupils accepted onto UK degree courses. | pic.twitter.com/LY7PxQyayF

Welcome to the Sixth Form

The School puts the students at the heart of its inclusive ethos. All adults know the students very well and the level of care for individual students, including in the sixth form, is high — Ofsted

Aiming High

Welcome to the Sixth Form at Caterham High School, which provides the opportunity for academic success in a warm and friendly environment where we strive to get the best from every student. With a wide range of courses, high teaching standards and exceptional pastoral care, we attract students not only from the local area but also from neighbouring boroughs.

We expect our sixth formers to adopt a mature and independent approach to their studies, aiming for the highest levels of achievement. With the help of our dedicated staff, they develop the skills that will prove invaluable at university and in the workplace: confidence, ambition and perseverance. As a result, many gain places at the university of their choice or progress into their desired employment. We have particular success in helping our students achieve Unconditional Offers from their Universities.

The Sixth Form Team can be contacted via email as follows:

Mr P Stubbs - Assistant Headteacher (Sixth Form)

Mr M Robson - Deputy Head of Sixth Form

Ms T Donoghue - Sixth Form Supervisor

Ms G Millward - Sixth Form Supervisor
