Announcement

Due to the very hot weather, we are extending our half-day arrangements to Friday 26th June. This means that all year groups will be sent home at lunchtime on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

All students will leave at 12:10pm each day. A limited lunch will be available, and students may choose to buy food at breaktime if they wish.

Students who travel on Local Authority buses can remain in school until 3:00pm and go home on the buses as normal. Ms Bonnici will contact families where needed to support arrangements.

If you need your child to stay in school due to home circumstances, please email welcome@ecaterham.net by 11:00am, clearly stating your child’s name and form.

All students are expected to attend their morning lessons. We have measures in place to support them, including adaptations to classrooms, access to water, and appropriate clothing.

Students may continue to wear their PE kit to school (Caterham PE top or plain black t-shirt, with shorts or tracksuit trousers).

Please ensure students bring a water bottle, and we recommend sun cream and a hat. Shaded areas will be available during breaktimes.

We will return to normal school times and arrangements on Monday 29th June. All students are expected in school uniform (blazers are not required).
